Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you purchased (or received from your funeral provider) the basic, anodized aluminum QR code medallion with adhesive backing, that item can generally be placed on a mausoleum crypt front, a niche front, an upright granite or marble monument, or anywhere in your home that you find convenient. Please consult with your cemetery management to ensure there are no rules or regulations regarding placement on your stone or crypt front. (Typically, VA cemeteries do not allow placement of any items on their markers or monuments). We do NOT recommend the basic medallion for placement on a flat bronze or granite marker, as it may be damaged by mowing or lawncare equipment. You may want to consider upgrading to a stainless steel and epoxy medallion for flat marker placement. Please see our Products page for special upgrade pricing.
Yes, we offer a "no questions asked" product replacement guarantee for products placed in approved locations as stated above. This guarantee is for product replacement only.
Our online storage is guaranteed for your lifetime plus 100 years, so anyone with access to either the link or the QR code will be able to view your album for decades to come. Additionally, we guarantee future migration to any new formats at no additional charge to you.
For a nominal additional fee, our staff will send you a link to upload up to 200 photos, documents, recipes, essentially anything you would like to include in your online album, and create the video for you. We have several themes to choose from, including nature, beach, garden and patriotic themes. Please refer to our products page for pricing.
If for some reason an online album needs to be permanently removed, we can delete the link and the album. There will be no refund of any monies paid, but the album in question can be deleted and no further access will be allowed.
No. Only our staff can access an online video to make any changes or corrections. Generally, in order to do this, you may incur an extra fee.
Your video can be viewed by anyone who scans the QR code or has access to the link, so for this reason we encourage you to limit the types of information you publish. Avoid using any documents that would give strangers personal information about your loved one...for instance, no birth certificates, marriage licenses, etc. You may enjoy adding memorabilia such as recipes, artwork, cards and notes, as well as genealogy trees for future reference...just avoid any personal info such as social security numbers, home addresses and so forth. If you are uncertain as to a specific item, don't hesitate to reach out, we'll be glad to advise.
