Our basic medallions are made in the USA from 18 gauge anodized aluminum with an adhesive backing, and come in either 2"x2" or 1.75"x1.75". These medallions are designed to be attached to monuments, markers, niches, mausoleum crypt fronts, or any flat smooth surface of your choice. The QR code links to your video, audio, photos and images, which are guaranteed to be available for the recipient’s lifetime plus 100 years....your very own "Bridge Across Forever ".

This Premium Medallion offers all the benefits of our Basic Medallion, with the addition of an image of your loved one.
If a Premium Medallion is selected, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a sharp clear image to our production team. We are not responsible for image quality, we do not edit the provided image in any way, we simply reproduce the provided image.

Our Oversized Medallion is a 3" x 3" version of our Basic Medallion, useful in situations such as very high level mausoleum crypts or niches, to facilitate scanning from a longer distance.

Our Military Style Dog Tags with chains make wonderful keepsakes, particularly if your loved one was a veteran. Tags are engraved on the back with the emblem of your loved one’s branch of service, and the QR code link to the album on the front.
